CANCELLATION POLICY
Service Cancellation/No Show Policy for Lacee Setters Each client’s service is very important to me. I want to give you and your service the time and attention it deserves! 1. Cancellation/No Show Policy I respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your service time. Failing to give 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for the original service booked. Any no call/no shows will result in a 100% charge for the service amount of the original service booked and a deposit to rebook any future services. 2. Late Arrivals In the event you are running late please notify me immediately. Clients arriving 30 minutes past their scheduled time will be required to reschedule their appointment and will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee to account for lost time and preparation. 3. Card on File Policy/Deposit A card will be required to be kept on file in the event that the cancellation/no show policy is not followed. A deposit of $100 will be required for all color appointments exceeding 4 hours. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service. If that service is rescheduled within 48 of original service time, the deposit will be forfeited. Toupee Service Specific: A deposit of $350 will be required for all new client installs. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of service. If the install appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of original service time, the deposit will be forfeited. 4. Waived Fee Policy I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary, and emergencies do happen. Returning guests will have the option to have the cancellation fee waived one time per 12-month period, on a case by case basis, if a service needs to be cancelled without giving me a 48-hour notice. 5. Refund Policy I do not offer refunds. However, in the event that you are unsatisfied with your service I will offer a corrective appointment within 2 weeks of the initial service. Please understand that clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services if I can’t give them enough notice to fill that service time. By giving me the maximum notice possible prior to the cancellation of your service, you help clients on the wait list receive the services they’ve been waiting for. By signing this agreement you confirm your consent to the terms listed above.
